Cider Weekend 2025
We are pleased to be hosting the 2025 Cider Weekend!
Venue - Cranborne Chase Cider at Myncen Farm, Minchington, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 8DH.
Dates - Friday 18th July to Sunday 20th July 2025
The events over the weekend are -
Friday - 5k.ish Friday (Start 7.30)
Saturday - 12 hour Challenge Saturday (Start 8am)
Saturday - Disco (evening)
Sunday - Junior Apple Plod 3.5k.ish (Start 9am)
Sunday - Apple Plod 10k.ish (Start 10:30)

Camping
We are proud to announce that we will be offering camping at Cider Challenge weekend, so why not make a full weekend of it, come to camp, do some running / walking, dancing, fancy dress, socialising and catch up with your friends. We charge per sleeping pitch we do not charge for extra people or dogs or children, so one tent or one van on one sleeping pitch = one cost; up to you how many people you can get in your tent!
Camping will open on the Friday from 13:00

Friday 5k.ish
The Cider 5K.ish is being held at 19:30 on Friday 18th July 2025.
Our Cider 5K.ish Challenge is designed for you to have a run or walk in a fun and relaxed trail atmosphere. Absolutely all abilities are welcome, you can run or walk as you want, within the 90 minute cut off, you will never be last as our tails will always have this joy.

Cider Challenge - Solo
This event is being held on the 19th July 2025 - Cider Challenge Solo
Our Cider Challenge is designed for you to have a run or walk in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Absolutely all abilities are welcome, you have 12 hours to do as much running or walking as you want. Complete one lap and you could claim your goodies, or you could carry on and see how far you can go, then claim your goodies.
Whether you finish 1 lap, 4 laps or even 20 plus laps in the permitted time, we will class you as a finisher and a winner, and you can collect your Medal and goodies for the event.

Cider Challenge - TEAM
This event is being held on the 19th July 2025 - Cider Challenge TEAM.
Our Cider Challenge is designed for you to have a run or walk in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. You can take part with friends, family or colleagues in teams of 2, 3, or 4. Only one of you runs at a time, then you swap over as and when you feel like it, and stop when your team is too tired to carry on or the time has runs out. Complete one lap each and you could claim your goodies, or you and your team could carry on and see how far your team can go, then claim your goodies.

Junior Apple Plod
The Junior Apple Plod is being held at 9:00 on Sunday 20th July 2025.
Our Junior Apple Plod is designed for you to have a run or walk in a fun and relaxed trail atmosphere. We suggest a 4 year and over age on this event, children must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 10 (we will not stop adults accompanying older children), but is open to all up to 16 years old. Absolutely all abilities are welcome, you can run or walk as you want, you will never be last as our tails will always have this joy.
Complete the one lap course and you can claim your goodies.

Apple Plod 10k.ish

Our Cider 10K.ish Challenge is designed for you to have a run or walk in a fun and relaxed trail atmosphere. Absolutely all abilities are welcome, you can run or walk as you want, in the 2 and half hour cut off, you will never be last as our tails will always have this joy.
Complete the two lap course and you can claim your goodies.
