Our events are an out and back course. You get lots of friendly support from others on the course when you pass each other, you should never feel lonely at these type of events! We have a 7 hour cut off.
The Exmouth route is a 5.29k lap so 4 laps is a Half Marathon, 8 laps is Full Marathon 9 or more is an Ultra.
The Plym route has set distances of 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Marathons.
